I've been in rooms that most people spend years trying to get into, and I started from exactly where you are. Harbor House exists because when I was building my portfolio, nobody handed me a rate card, a pitch script, or told me how to negotiate my first deal. I had to figure it out by losing money and getting it wrong first.
